Job Description:

  • Preparing customs entry documentation based on provided paperwork.
  • Validating customs data to ensure compliance with regulations and timely clearance.
  • Ensuring accurate input of shipment information into systems.
  • Communicating with clients to obtain necessary information for customs clearance.
  • Working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Team player mindset and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Capacity to make independent decisions.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to grow in a diverse, multicultural environment.
