Finance Reporting and Data Tools Team Leader (M/F) based in
Oporto

BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC RSBI TEAM


As a Finance Reporting and Data Tools Team Leader, you will have to ensure the proper functioning of your team and the activity that you are responsible for, as well as the efficiency and relevance of the Finance Reporting and Data Tools Administration Team.


YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN RSBI TEAM

  • Manage the Finance Reporting and Data Tools Team in accordance with HO guidelines
  • Contribute at Reporting systems and Business Intelligence Strategy
  • Guarantee the operational management of the activity (performance and activity)
  • Guarantee the management of human resources in conjunction with HRD
  • Contribute to provide a working environment in which all employees are treated with respect and dignity
  • Contribute to the security of the company and the protection of the physical and mental health of the staff

AS OUR NEW ACCOUNTING ANALYST, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Advanced degree, Master Degree ideally in Information System and Data Management;
  • Be fluent in English (B2 level) and French (B2 level) other languages are valued;
  • Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop highperformance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and manage a budget;
  • Actionoriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning;
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people;
  • Expert in identify and prevent risks related to the activities to which the organization / asset / products are exposed;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Information System and Data Background.
