About This Job:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute strong campaigns working from inception and briefing the team to deploying assets to the internal teams for execution, and managing optimization, and reporting.
  • Create and brainstorm new marketing campaigns to capture interest, build awareness and assist members through the purchase journey.
  • Guide the Marketing Executives to deliver on the marketing activity.
  • Work with new and existing partners on engaging and acquisition marketing campaigns to drive more memberships and sales into the organisation.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings to present marketing results and work on the roll out of optimisation.
  • Report on campaign and partnership activity on a regular basis to understand progress, and optimise for best results.
  • Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images and writing and editing copy.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and project tasks and deliver work in an autonomous environment.
  • Undertake other duties which may be negotiated from time to time with the Manager.
  • A good understanding of digital/media placements to encourage memberships and sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing processes and people
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment with the ability to work autonomously
  • Able to manage time effectively and set priorities to adhere to deadlines
  • Experience within the UK Market would be very desirable.
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrated marketing experience with qualifications and/or an equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the role
  • Demonstrated management skills with direct reports in a marketing department.
  • Demonstrate welldeveloped verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated experience with partnership and stakeholder management.
  • Appropriate qualification and/or experience attained through previous appointments, service and/or study
  • Ability to assess workload timeframes and priorities, as well as plan and deliver multiple tasks ontime (or ahead of schedule).
