We're on the lookout for a passionate UX/UI Designer dedicated to crafting user-centric products that empower our users to make informed decisions in our industries.

Your role is pivotal—your Figma designs will not only fuel our strategic conversations but also drive our development sprints forward.

Ideal candidates are curious learners and insightful contributors, ready to independently steer their projects while thriving in a collaborative environment.

Demonstrating a portfolio filled with innovative UX/UI designs and technical projects will be key to showcasing your capabilities.

At Alts, with our dynamic, small, and ambitious team, you'll have a unique chance to significantly influence the direction of our design department.

This includes shaping both its strategic vision and operational processes, as well as seizing opportunities for professional growth alongside the department's evolution.

Scope of the jobDesign wireframes, screens and prototypes using Figma and FigJamUnderstand product specifications and user psychologyConduct concept and usability testing and gather feedbackApply our brand's design system & recommend/enhance new componentsAnalyze & apply feedback from Product management team (which includes user feedback)Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)Consult with our team to understand goalsCommunicate design ideas and prototypes to developers & product leadersManage & prioritize a queue of work projects Your attitude & backgroundA self-starter.

Your proactivity is a cornerstone in coming up with product improvements as well as shaping processes that enable our design team's ability to deliver.

You communicate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to keep teams aligned and in sync, and with external partners to maximize the value of our services.

Mastery in distilling simplicity from complex requirements. Thanks to your expertise in interaction design and information architecture, including user stories, flow charts and journey maps.
Visionary.

You will champion our design philosophy, drive innovation, and ensure the continuous evolution of our design practices and product aestheticsExperience3+ years experience as a UX/UI DesignerProficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam and other relevant tools.

Strong understanding and ability to incorporate analytics design principles and standard processes.

Previous experience in a senior role within a design team, demonstrating the ability to mentor designers, lead design projects, and collaborate across departments.

Proven track record of successfully leading design projects from concept to completion, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
