Qualifications:

Your profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• English speaking
• Customer Service oriented skills
• Deliver results skills
• Should have strong interpersonal skills (developing trusted relationships, teamworking, sharing ideas and knowledge)
• Ability to identify and proactively solve problems
• Demonstrated time management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

The role:

• Develop and manage a cutover plan with all the activities required to perform a successful golive implementation.
• Communicate with multiple teams in order to prepare and execute the cutover plan as well as detecting any impact or dependencies to minimize any risk or delay.
• Monitor progress and performance of cutover and call out required teams to execute the required actions or solve any emerging issues.
