What you'll do:
- Review monthly and quarterly financial reporting prepared by the accounting team and break it into actionable items per team
- Manage areas of price maintenance, invoice handling, and cost accounting
- Followup expense claims and penalties
- Provide reliable management information used as a base for the decisions of senior management
- Administer all retailers, analyze financial risks, and recommend effective solutions.
- Determine and verify systems and process all data.
- Design, document and implement policies and procedures to ensure timeline and accurate financial reporting
- Establish and maintain controls (KPIs) to ensure retailer dunning process and collection of outstanding amounts
- Analyze business processes and develop costsaving controls
Who we are looking for:
- You have +3 years of experience in relevant field
- You are a master in excel
- You are a highly structured person and manage taking care of several accounts
- You do not shy away from problems but rather act handson and find solutions
- You are proactive and constantly challenging the status quo
- You have good MS Office skills
- Fluent in English
