Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Content Classification Experte werden sein:

- Klassifizierung der Typologie der Inhalte (Videos, Bild, Text und Audio) in Übereinstimmung mit den Prozessen und Richtlinien

- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu Trust & Safety-Aktionen, wie z.B. Missbrauchsmeldungen und Einsprüche zur Durchsetzung

- Sicherstellung der Benutzer- und Markensicherheit

- Bereitschaft zur Erbringung von Dienstleistungen in einer 24/7-Schichtrotation

- Haftungsausschluss: Bitte beachte, dass diese Aufgaben einen umfangreichen Umgang mit sensiblen Inhalten beinhalten, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf vulgäre Inhalte, Gewalt, Pornografie und Fake News.

Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du brauchst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:

- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse

- Du bist auf der Suche nach einem Stellenangebot im Ausland

- Du bist immer auf dem Laufenden bezüglich Social Media

- Du bist motiviert und engagierst dich für deine Arbeit

- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Zuhörerfähigkeiten

- Du bist ein Teamplayer und bereit, mit vielen anderen Nationalitäten zusammenzuarbeiten

Was ist für dich drin?

- Art des Vertrags: ein langfristiger befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann

- Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit (40h/Woche) in rotierenden Schichten; 24/7

- Lohnbedingungen (*) - 2 Optionen:

1. Inklusive freie Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, alle Rechnungen inbegriffen): 985€ brutto/Monat

2. Ohne Unterkunft: 1360€ brutto/Monat

Für internationale Kandidaten:

- Rückerstattung deiner ursprünglichen Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten

- Abholung vom Flughafen

- Jährliches Hin- und Rückflugticket in dein Heimatland (innerhalb der EU)

- Hilfe bei Formalitäten, der Eröffnung eines Bankkontos usw. nach deiner Ankunft

- Kostenloser Portugiesisch-Unterricht, Kochkurse, sportliche Aktivitäten und gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen, die von der Firma organisiert werden

- Echte Karrierechancen in verschiedenen Karrierepfaden

(*) Vergütung während der Ausbildungszeit bei Erfolg (10 Tage): 50% deines Stundenlohns (geringere Steuern)
