Wir haben eine Vielzahl von Rollen zu besetzen. Die Kernaufgabe unseres neuen Teams wird es sein, unseren generierten Leads einen erheblichen Mehrwert zu verleihen. Von der Vereinbarung von Kundenterminen für die Aussendienstmitarbeiter unserer Partner über die Erstellung von Angeboten bis hin zur Aufwertung von Leads - es gibt eine Fülle von spannenden Aufgaben zu erfüllen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du verwaltest Leads und Anfragen von unseren Plattformen und verfolgst ihren Weg durch die Verkaufspipeline.
- Du bist für die Generierung von Beratungsterminen für die Aussendienstmitarbeiter unserer Partner in der Versicherungsbranche verantwortlich.
- Du nimmst telefonisch Kontakt zu potenziellen Kunden auf, qualifizierst diese Leads und sammelst zusätzliche Informationen, um die Terminvereinbarung zu unterstützen.
- Du sorgst selbständig für einen nahtlosen Übergang von der Lead-Generierung zur Terminvergabe.
- Du unterstützt unsere Partner, indem du Angebote bei Kunden platzierst.
- Du wertest unsere Datensätze auf und schaffst für spezifische Branchen einen Mehrwert.
- Du gibst Feedback zu Kundeninteraktionen und erstellst Berichte für das Management.
- Genaue Dateneingabe und -verwaltung in unserem CRM-System.

Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle beim Aufbau und der Unterstützung unseres eigenen Vertriebsteams und trägst zum Wachstum unseres Unternehmens bei.

**Als Teil unserer Outbound Operations gehören zu deinem Profil**:

- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Terminierung für Aussendienstmitarbeiter - branchenunabhängig
- Einwandfreies Deutsch/Schweizerdeutsch - jede weitere Sprache wie Französisch, Italienisch, Portugiesisch, Spanisch oder Englisch ist willkommen, aber keine Bedingung.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen klar und überzeugend zu erklären.
- Selbstmotivation und Belastbarkeit, mit der Fähigkeit, ein hohes Anrufaufkommen und mögliche Ablehnungen zu bewältigen.
- Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Grundsätze der Kundenbetreuung und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Verkauf und ein Händchen dafür, die Bedürfnisse der potenziellen Kunden und Partner zu verstehen und für beide Parteien passende Lösungen zu präsentieren.
- Vertrautheit mit CRM-Systemen, Dateneingabe und grundlegende Computerkenntnisse.
- Ein solides Verständnis für die Produkte und Dienstleistungen unseres Unternehmens.
- Vorkenntnisse aus anderen Branchen, die du bei uns einsetzen und perfektionieren kannst.
