Technical Support Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Resolve IT incidents and requests following established procedures and SLAs.
- Provide direct support and troubleshooting to end-users through service queues.
- Coordinate hardware provision for new joiners, leavers, and transfers as needed.
- Create Knowledge Base Articles for troubleshooting incidents.
- Deploy hardware upgrades, software updates, and security patches.
- Participate in compliance activities and data analysis.
- Ensure proper hardware recycling.
- Assist with Root Cause Analysis.
- Take part in Corporate IT Projects.
- Prior experience in a technical IT Support role.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team setting.
- Proficient in analyzing technical information.
- Technical skills with desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and applications.
- Knowledge of security systems and cloud platforms.
- Experience with browser-based applications and Service Desk tools.
