  • FRESH EMEA is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and timetomarket. It is a new worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group's transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices.

FRESH organization is the outcome of several convergences:
between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas)

  • FRESH EMEA is searching for someone in mobility to join to Lisbon FRESH
  • BOOST-Process Excellence as Senior Business Analyst.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Bring operational efficiency to the processes through process optimization
  • Collect, analyze and challenge the needs expressed by the business
  • Help in the identification of business impacts caused by the solution and prepare action plans
  • Validate the Business Requirement document and write the Detailed Functional Specifications document
  • Define a relevant solution and estimate implementation costs
  • Create and maintain functional documentation
  • Assist end key uses in tests phase and ensure test plan roadmap is being followed
  • Assist functionally the IT teams during all the project phases
  • Supervise the progress of the different projects
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on project status
  • Efficiently report to its management
  • Anticipate and/or advice client needs

Profile and Skills to Success

  • At least 3 years of experience in BA function
  • Strong analysis capacity
  • Diverse technical knowledge (Automation, Data Preparation and Data Visualization will be a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral (must be Fluent in English, French will be a big plus)
  • Organized and deliveryfocused with attention to detail, Projectoriented vision
  • Strong documentation skills
  • High level of analysis and problem solving capability
  • Organization and process oriented skills
  • Ability to clear communicate and report project status to the management
  • Proactive behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
