Amgen French Speaking Document Coordinator (2x) Lisbon , Portugal Apply Now The Amgen Capability Center in Lisbon, Portugal (ACCP ) will be home to over 300 multi-national and multi-cultural employees, representing a broad range of cross-functional capabilities, including Commercial, General and Administrative, Information Systems, Research and Development and more.

Our ACCP offices will be temporarily located at the Maleo – Saldanha, Av. da República 18, Lisbon, while we work toward finding a permanent office in the vibrant city center of Lisbon.

French Speaking Document CoordinatorLIVEWhat you will doYou will be responsible for supporting contract management, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, Healthcare Professionals (HCP) Contracting and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes support.

Also, you will adhere to the continuous improvement agenda of the ACCP, provide specific legal support for the function including corporate administration and intercompany agreement management.


Additional responsibilities will include:
Managing contract templates and contract repositories creation (non legal).Support the audit team with any requirements/information.
Recognizing and escalating problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.

Adapt, support and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP.WINWhat we expect of youOur ideal candidate has presentations and data compilation skills.

He/she is good at following the processes and procedures necessary to succeed; understand how to collaborate, work in a team and is set on Project Delivery.


Proven experience and skills needed:


University Degree, preferably in business area, or 2 years in a similar roleFamiliarity working with compliance processes and proceduresDetail oriented and organizedPersonal credibility and flexibilityService-minded, proactive and committed attitudeFluency in French and English, both in written and verbal communication.

Preferred RequirementsExperience in an administrative role supporting teams at different levelsKnowledge of Pharmaceutical industryFamiliar with MS Office, SAP toolsFluency in another European languageTHRIVEWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT OF US
