Your New Role

  • As Finance Manager, you are expected to lead and develop a team, engaging them behind the Finance Vision, Mission and Commitment and ensuring delivery and working closely with Business Process Outsourcers. The role manages the end to end processes, internal controls and ensures proper and effective administrative, financial, tax and asset management, in compliance with existing fiscal and civil regulations, in alignment with the group policies and financial objectives.
  • You will be working with dedicated Finance teams and relevant stakeholders. In addition, you will get involved and take ownership in important and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, managing a team to ensure activities and deadlines are fulfilled;
  • Lead, develop and motivate a small team of Finance professionals and build their capabilities. Assess and manage performance and ensure that the team is appropriately staffed with the right capabilities to deliver requirements.
  • Supervise, coordinate and execute retained finance activities by working close with the GBS (Global Business Service Provider) and the Market to ensure proper and effective administrative, financial, tax and asset management, in compliance with existing fiscal and civil regulations, as well as with specific company policies and accounting principles;
  • Responsible for strict implementation and adherence to internal guidelines, instructions, processes and systems, local as well as global procedures and policies.

What you'll need to succeed - Education/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Accounting or related field.-
  • 5 to 8 years work experience.-
  • Coordination of teams and ability to build and motivate high performance teams.-
  • Demonstrated solid analytical capacity and understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes.-
  • Experience working with SAP and/or Navision-
  • Ability to work in a matrix international organization, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.-
  • Business acumen, problem-solving, customer focus and collaboration skills are essential.-
  • Proficient level of English (spoken and written)What you'll get in return
