About the TeamThe Connext team is remote first and globally distributed, with English as the primary language. We are looking for self-starters who are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
We do not require contributors to live in specific time zones, but much of the team lives and works in the US/European time zones.
ResponsibilitiesInterface with the development teams of high-profile projects building on top of Connext to create project specifications, assist with development efforts, and provide ongoing developer support.
Design and optimize a process for onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement to production.Iterate on Connext's developer experience based on feedback from users and partners.
Build PoCs and examples on top of Connext to showcase the technology and demonstrate how it can be used to the broader community.
RequirementsExtensive experience building projects and hacks in the space.Experience with Solidity with a deep understanding of security best practices.
Familiarity with common Ethereum dApp and wallet development paradigms as well as industry-standard developer tooling like Ethers, Hardhat, Foundry, etc.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Passion for innovation and collaboration.Nice-to-havesFamiliarity with Typescript.
Familiarity with React or a similar front-end framework.
Familiarity with building developer-facing products.
An additional interest in being involved in Connext's community as a developer evangelist.
