Hoje, procuramos um profissional apaixonado por pessoas, um HR Consultant para a nossa equipa interna de Trabalho Temporário de Coimbra.

Qual será a tua missão?


Como HR Consultant serás responsável por assegurar o recrutamento e a seleção de colaboradores adequados às exigências e necessidades dos clientes, garantindo o cumprimento de todos os requisitos administrativos e legais.

Terás a missão diária de promover o acompanhamento e fidelização dos clientes e colaboradores.

O que te fará triunfar nesta posição?

Teres experiência na área de recrutamento e seleção.

Planeamento e organização:

Planeia eficazmente o trabalho, realizando-o de uma forma sistemática, metódica e organizada e controlando o seu progresso com vista ao cumprimento dos objetivos dentro dos prazos estipulados.


Orientação para o cliente:

Assegura a compreensão das reais necessidades dos seus clientes e a execução do serviço de acordo com elevados padrões de qualidade.


Capacidade de comunicar eficazmente:

Expressa as suas opiniões ou argumentos de modo claro, fluente, assertivo e persuasivo, sendo capaz de falar em público com confiança e competência.


Habilidade social:

Estabelece relações alargadas e eficazes dentro e fora da organização, interagindo com os diferentes interlocutores de forma persuasiva, credível e diplomata.


Capacidade de adaptação e resistência à pressão: Lida eficazmente com elevados níveis de pressão, mantendo uma postura positiva perante as dificuldades. Adapta-se às alterações ocorridas, reagindo construtivamente e encontrando nos erros oportunidades de aprendizagem.
