Technical Program Manager Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead program planning, milestone and success criteria definition, resource
  • Create, track, and drive critical path, flagging and managing risks, dependencies and decisions that affect the program
  • Management of program spend, capitalization, and tax credit reporting
  • Creation and distribution of impactful automated reporting
  • Periodically support Portugal based planning and project management in partnership with the General Manager and cross functional leaders.
  • Build relationships with colleagues in Portugal and North America to help bridge gaps

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of technical program management experience in matrixed software development organizations
  • Have prior experience working alongside or driving a large Enterprise IT initiative
  • Have successfully managed multiteam dependency and risk identification and resolution with competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Financial Systems and Sox compliance
  • Jira + confluence power user
  • Experience in DevOps and digital/cloud operations
  • Experience with driving global gotomarket planning and execution
