The Work You'll Do:


You will serve as the primary marketing point of contact that directly engages and collaborates with the field sales leadership and their teams and partners with them to understand their key priorities.

You will translate go-to-market strategies and identified opportunities into actionable and measurable programs, ensure campaigns are executed on-time, accurately, and successfully.

Your role as the Field Marketing Manager is first and foremost, to support Sovos's sales leadership team, removing growth barriers and empowering output.

Your support and expertise will help Sovos to accelerate new customer acquisition through marketing campaigns, localised marketing and/or events, and driving activities that drive traffic and brand excitement.


  • What are my responsibilities going to be, more specifically?_
  • Develop and implement demand creation and pipeline acceleration programs aligned with overall business goals.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on impact of programs.
  • Proactively engage with the direct and business development teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement target account strategy to support accountbased marketing and selling efforts.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global and local programs.
  • Communicate with senior leadership team on an ongoing basis to ensure successful follow through of all qualified opportunities as well as identifying and researching key contacts and titles at target accounts.
  • Plan, organize, and execute ABM programs that result in substantial new sales opportunity creation.
  • Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with product marketing to develop tools, programs in a box, training and content.
  • Develop thoughtful, targeted programs that capture market share and strengthen Sovos' brand in a fastchanging market.
  • Target segmentation analysis, budgeting and building business cases for new customer acquisition.
  • Btob sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration.
  • Clearly articulate a marketspecific value proposition and tailor it to fit a variety of program requirements.
  • Responsible for campaign planning, execution and reporting.
  • Event management, event prep, feedback collection, and event follow up coordination, utilising BDRs.
  • Responsible for webinar execution, including internal communication with stakeholders.

What We Need From You:

  • BA Degree in Business, Marketing or related field desired.
  • Minimum 57 years of relevant work experience in field marketing and implementing integrated campaigns across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, event planning/execution, ABM and other campaign components.
  • The ability to plan, execute, and analyse an overall marketing strategy including paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners (both internal and external partners); must be able to work crossfunctionally with internal sales and operations teams to effectively generate, execute and report on marketing programs.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders and make decisions based on data and insights.
  • Experienced user of CRM and Marketing Automation tools, we use Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Appetite for continuous improvement and optimization; balance of gutfeel judgement and logical analysis; ability to make difficult decisions; a "starterfinisher" in executing initiatives.
  • Strong overall work ethic and tolerance for ambiguity with desire to operate in a practical, handson environment.
