HR Specialist (Part Time)

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Working on the time & attendance system, you'll be responsible for anwering employee requests, preparing and managing related documentation, and for the overall T&A process, liaising with the external payroll provider.
  • Support in the payroll area for hourly population, being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with the external payroll provider.
  • Track variations in the monthly employee payroll, referring but not limited to, social security, pension plan, leaves and life insurance.
  • Participate in monthly and yearly tax reporting activities, ensuring all employee changes are communicated accurately and within the required deadlines.
  • Ensure health surveillance in accordance with IP policies and the applicable legal framework, ensure all employees have their regular medical checks as required.
  • Maintain and update employee folders and corresponding HR records on and off line.
  • Provide support in the area of Talent Acquisition and in the area of Learning & Development.

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Some administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of payroll and personnel administration requirements.
