Your main duty is ensuring each guest leaves feeling pampered and unique.

Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional guest service: This includes greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, ensuring timely food and beverage delivery, and attending to guest needs throughout their dining experience.

Knowledge of food and beverage menus: Being able to answer guest questions about menu items, offer recommendations, and explain daily specials.

Working effectively as part of a team: Collaborating with colleagues in the kitchen and dining area to ensure smooth service and a positive dining atmosphere.

Uphold the exceptional standards of service synonymous with The iNUA Collection brand: Demonstrating a willingness to learn, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to providing a memorable experience for all guests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Hotel or Cruise Ship setting.
  • Strong Food & Beverage skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
