So in a nutshell, we help businesses find the right charging solution that fits their customers' needs, and today we've joined forces with more than 1,200 partners across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, where we have more than 2,200 contracted locations.

Responsibilities:


The Partnership Success Coordinator (PSC) will play a key role in the next phase of accelerated growth of Powerdot and the expansion of our EV charging network.

The PSC will own the relationship with our established partners and will be responsible for the continuous success and growth of each relationship.

This role will be supported by a central team, 100% focused in optimising business development and after-sales processes to help the Partnership Success Coordinator maximise the impact of his efforts.

At Powerdot we are partner focused and this will enable the PSC to work closely with the Partnership Development, Growth, Operations and Product teams to drive Partner satisfaction and increase their engagement with Powerdot's suite of tools.

As the main point of contact with our Partners you will play a critical role to understand the Partner needs and requests, which will be critical to influence our Product and Business roadmap.

You will have a dynamic day-to-day, characterised by a multiplicity of functions of the greatest importance:

  • Manage, own and nurture a portfolio of partners, guaranteeing the success of the relationship with Powerdot.
  • Build and develop a communication channel with each individual partner to improve satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings to present performance, find business opportunities and improve satisfaction.
  • Monitor and oversee the performance of Partner's EV Charging Stations, identifying improvement opportunities to accelerate revenue generation.
  • Work with cross functional teams to find opportunities to automate, streamline, and optimise processes
  • Find and develop new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with the rest of the Partnership Success team to ensure goal achievement within established timings

We believe you'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a high proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit, combined with an enormous capacity of problem-solving, decision making and leadership
  • Have gained 2 or more years of professional experience in Business Development, Expansion Management, Account Management or similar roles
  • Have strong commercial and business development skills, and you know how to identify opportunities and close new deals.
  • Are performance and data driven, and your day to day depends on data and facts.
  • Have an important sense of organisation and priorities management, and experience with a CRM to efficiently and effectively develop partner relationships.
  • Have excellent verbal, and written communication and presentation skills both in Portuguese and English with a high level of proficiency.
  • Have an interest and enthusiasm for the area of electric mobility and, although not fundamental, experiences in the area or in a related area are highly valued
