At Vizrt, you have the chance to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to creating state-of-the-art technology for media production software. You will collaborate with diverse teams to develop and enhance our product range.

About the Role:
  • Convert user requirements into user-friendly workflows.
  • Focus on achieving excellent usability and enhancing customer experience.
  • Lead the complete product design process: Research, information architecture, user flows, process flows, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
  • Analyze and assess requirements.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders.
  • Organize workshops and feedback sessions to generate actionable results.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure a seamless end-to-end workflow that offers a great user experience.
  • Work with other UX designers to maintain consistent experiences across products.
  • Participate in Vizrt's UX forum to share ideas and expertise with UX professionals worldwide.

Requirements

  • Relevant education and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in UX and UI design.
  • Experience in cross-functional, agile teams collaborating with engineers, Product Owners, Stakeholders, and other teams.
  • Ability to drive the design process from research to release; familiarity with design system frameworks.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard UX methods and tools.
  • Team player with strong communication and organization skills, able to prioritize effectively.
  • Highly creative and motivated with business fluency in English.
  • Interest in the Media Industry and Broadcast Journalism is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of HTML5/CSS is a plus.
