What we're looking for:

As an L&D Specialist you will:

  • Oversee learning and development projects (e.g. internal knowledge-sharing events, internships, training, etc.);
  • Interact with external providers to choose effective learning solutions for our employees;
  • Deliver the best learning experience by administration of the learning platforms, and providing proper communication about learning activities to participants and stakeholders;
  • Create learning and development programs, based on the innovative formats of learning interventions;
  • Work with teams to assess learning needs and create learning plans;
  • Create learning analytics reports.

Requirements:

  • 35 years of L&D or HR working experience is desired;
  • Successful working experience in international companies with 500+ headcount, IT sector experience is a plus but not essential;
  • High organizational skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and keep deadlines;
  • Prior experience to work with LMS, online learning solutions, programs, etc.;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
