RENOLIT Ibérica specializes in manufacturing flexible thermoplastic PVC films, both unicoloured and printed, using calendaring and extrusion processes. These products cater to the roofing, civil engineering, and swimming pool sectors. The roofing sector includes different product ranges depending on the application, while the civil works sector provides films for tanks, reservoirs, tunnels, and foundations. The swimming pool sector offers printed films with decorative designs.

Your responsibilities at RENOLIT

The main role of the Production Assistant Operator is to oversee and start up the machine, ensuring quality product standards through necessary regulations and preparations.

What is expected

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor the functioning of machine parts (rolling mills, Entex, Eickoff, Strainer, etc.).
  • Recover rejected materials in the laminator.
  • Change and clean transport filters.
  • Adjust conditions based on the material.
  • Ensure continuous material supply in the machine and oversee the process.
  • Communicate any anomalies to superiors promptly.
  • Assist in machine dressing during start-ups.
  • Maintain cleanliness for color changes.
  • Inform superiors of critical installation points.
  • Ensure order and cleanliness in the section.
  • Manage waste classification.
  • Contribute to safety, quality, environment, sustainability, and productivity goals.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO).
  • Forklift truck driver's license.
  • Experience in an industrial environment.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role.
  • Professional knowledge.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work different shifts.
