Kijk dan hier en wie weet kom jij binnenkort hun internationale kantoor in Lissabon versterken Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als Technical Support Specialist zullen zijn:Communiceren met adverteerders en interne verkoop- en serviceteams via telefoon, e-mail, chat en videoconferentieUitvoeren en verifiëren van de implementatie van webgebaseerde producten bij klantenBegeleiding, ondersteuning en training geven aan klanten over het gebruik van de productenLeveren van service van hoge kwaliteit aan je klanten, overtreffen van klantverwachtingen en kwaliteitsscore maatregelenIs technische ondersteuning een nieuw vakgebied waarin je expertise wilt opdoen en je carrièredoelen wilt bereiken?
