We work with game-changing brands: Crate & Barrel, Popchips, FEED, Olipop, & CALPAK, to name a few._ This is a remote, part-time role. Ideal working hours between 11:00am-3:00pmEST_
What you'll do:
- Ondemand, Internal Support
- Be the goto internal resource for all Notion and Google Drive questions and troubleshooting requests
- Aim to respond to all internal team support requests within 24 hours
- Information Architecture Management
- Define how our Notion, Google Drive, and Slack work together to store information and maintain transparency for the company operations
- Routinely audit our Notion, Google Drive, and Slack to ensure structures are being adhered to, nothing is out of place, and information is organized
- Notion Workspace Maintenance
- Ensure all highlevel company wiki's and databases are kept uptodate and organized visually. Strive for a 24hour turnaround for all updates to be made.
Updates include things such as:
updating statuses of clients, people, and services in various databases
- Create workflows with internal team members to ensure efficiency and speed of information updates
- Be in charge of keeping our "client dashboards" and "external client portals" up to date with accurate team resource information, template Updates, and other workspace innovation updates
- Workspace Innovation
- Think of our Notion workspace like an internal software product that enables team efficiency and effectiveness
- Ideate, outline, and execute larger quarterly workspace updates (updates to database structures, templates, etc)
- Team throughput improvement
- Work with the manager of each department to monitor and fix bottlenecks to team productivity that may stem from Notion of Google Drive issues or lack of knowledge
- You are already on the cutting edge of Notion and are obsessed with staying up to date on new Notion features
- You are hyper detailoriented and are willing to consistently test functionality to ensure quality assurance
- You are proactive in tweaking workspace elements
- You are a good communicator, ensuring the manager of each department knows what updates have been added to Notion/GDrive/Slack
