Job Description:


As an Account Manager, you will work in the Aesthetics business to develop the sales plan of Galderma in Lisbon, South of Portugal, Azores and Madeira.

As main responsibilities, this account manager will need to maintain the existing clients but also generate more business according with the activities plan, work on the marketing strategy and update the reporting in order to generate effective data to the development plans.

Key Responsibilities- Implement Key Account & Client Management plans and processes to retain and strengthen client relationships.- Implement and execute high-quality customer service and issue resolution to retain current clients- Implement and execute Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations- Contributes to the development and administration of all processes related to Key Account & Client Management programs and policies to retain and expand current customer relationships- Collaborate on industry-specific relationship management activities and enabling the orchestration of customer-facing roles

Skills & Qualifications- Relevant sales experience in the field of aesthetics in Portugal- Background in analysis and planning of sales marketing strategies- Good communication skills and ability to convince and stablish relationship with costumers- English fluency
