YOUR MISSION IN OUR INTERNAL AUDIT TEAM
We are looking for a Corporate Internal Audit Manager to integrate the Internal Audit department.

The Manager will carry out audit assignments on the different Companies of the Group, including the definition of audit programs and helping the Group to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined and risk-based approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes along with ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internally defined procedures or applicable guidelines.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Define the audit programs, considering the risk level defined for each process on the Company, for later assessment of any identified situation;
  • Collaborate on operational, compliance and financial assignments with the purpose of identifying weaknesses on critical processes and best practices on the existing ones, that can be applied to all Group Companies;
  • Identify financial, operational, fraud, compliance, among others risks with significant impact and poorly or not mitigated by the existing internal control procedures;
  • Propose corrective actions/recommendations to address risk situations identified during the audit assignments, to ensure improvements on Company's internal control, and timely discuss them with the team;
  • Discuss the audit findings with the Internal Audit Senior Manager as well as the auditees, and elaborate the audit reports based on the work developed according to the audit program and defined objectives, in the defined time frame, ensuring the collection of the necessary information and documentation to support the audit findings;
  • Discuss the draft versions of the audit reports with the Corporate Internal Audit Senior Manager;
  • Support the Corporate Internal Audit Senior Manager and the Head of Internal Audit in the discussion of the draft audit report versions with the Audited Departments;
  • Assist the Corporate Internal Audit Senior Manager on the supervision of junior staff and knowledge sharing within the team (without direct team management);
  • Ensure high quality of the audit work and documentation;
  • Act as a trusted partner and maintain contact with auditees.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have previous experience in an audit environment (internal or external) or internal control and risk management;
  • You have 4 to 8 years of professional experience;
  • Able to express yourself in English (written and spoken);
  • Resilient, proactive and results orientated, with strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills;
  • Analytical and detail oriented;
  • Excellent communicator, and are able to build good working relationships;
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills.
