THE ROLE
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and maintain the datasets, insights and intelligence that will feed the forecasting models.
- Establish together with all the relevant stakeholders the granularity and regularity of forecasting for each of the product groups.
- Develop, run, monitor and continuously improve the demand forecasts for our BUs and warehouses.
- Act as an SME and actively support the development and improvement of the forecasting tools in the business.
- Be an active part in our S&OP routines, planning demand at an SKU level and identifying supply and demand mismatches early on.
- Communicate demand forecasts and plans to crossfunctional teams, including sales, and operations, and provide recommendations for supply chain planning
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure that inventory levels align with demand forecasts, identify and mitigate risks related to demand planning.
WHO YOU ARE
- BA or BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics.
- Experience on marketplace and fashion environment is a plus.
- Proactive with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience on working with large volumes of data.
- Experience with reporting tools, tableau and/or Looker.
- Process oriented with the ability to identify solutions to problems and opportunities by analysing data.
- Continuously problem solving skills.
- Results driven, resilient and with a commercial mindset.
- Able to work in a fast moving operational environment.
- Fluent English is an essential other language an extra.
