  • Experiência profissional de 10 anos em contabilidade, fiscalidade e reporting,
  • Formação Superior em Contabilidade ou Fiscalidade (Licenciatura/Mestrado)
  • Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e atenção aos detalhes, capacidade de gerir e liderar projetos,
  • Habilidades de liderança de equipe, incluindo delegação de tarefas,
  • Fluência em Inglês e Espanhol (preferencial)
  • Domínio de SAP e Excel avançado
  • Controlar mensalmente as contas atribuídas e justificar desvios,
  • Controlar a validade e a conformidade dos documentos contabilísticos,
  • Participar na implementação dos procedimentos de contabilidade e projectos futuros de automatização,
  • Apoiar e gerir as auditorias anuais locais para cumprimento dos requisitos,
  • Apoiar nas tarefas de fecho do mês,
  • Assegura a apresentação precisa e atempada dos impostos (imposto sobre as sociedades, impostos locais, IVA, impostos retidos na fonte, etc);
  • Manter procedimentos de controlo eficazes sobre todos os aspectos do processo fiscal e reportar os controlos fiscais;
  • Encontrar e implementar oportunidades de melhoria de processos nos procedimentos fiscais da empresa;
  • Gerir auditorias fiscais bem sucedidas com o apoio do consultor fiscal;
  • Assegurar a preparação da documentação do Preço de Transferência com o apoio de consultores fiscais;
  • Assegurar a preparação atempada e rigorosa das contas anuais estatutárias, bem como o seu depósito na conservatória do registo comercial (IES),
  • Assegurar o pagamento dos impostos dentro dos prazos
  • Elaborar relatórios de reporte para o Banco de Portugal e INE
  • Elaborar relatórios de reporte específicos solicitados pela hierarquia, nomeadamente consolidados
  • Elaborar os reporting's vários na sua área de atuação
  • Contrato de trabalho com a empresa;
  • Pacote salarial composto por : salário base + subsídio de alimentação + seguro de saúde + seguro de vida + regalias em vigor
  • Modelo de trabalho híbrido 1 dia / semana
