Requirements:

Experience in the field of digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and outcomes. Proficiency in maximizing company exposure on the internet, including but not limited to social media, search engine marketing, and other digital platforms. Strong organizational skills, capable of devising effective marketing strategies and overseeing their implementation. Fluent in both English and Portuguese to facilitate seamless communication within our international team. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing online advertising, content marketing, and social media management. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results. Responsible for driver recruitment, collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure both the quality and quantity of drivers meet company standards. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between marketing activities and the overall company development strategy.
