Global Director of Digital Engagement Capabilities

Purpose of the role

As the Director of Digital Engagement Capabilities at Organon, you play a key role in shaping and executing the digital engagement strategy within the hybrid/omnichannel landscape. Your goal is to enhance user experience for a wide range of customers, including healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers, by seamlessly integrating digital and physical interactions to drive business outcomes. Reporting Organization: Global Customer Engagement

Main responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the global Customer Engagement team, partnering with Global Franchise Leads & Markets to design, plan, and monitor digital strategies and campaigns.
  • Drive the evolution of digital capabilities in collaboration with Business Technology to support Franchises and Markets, leading digital requirements and prioritization of the Customer Engagement Value Team.
  • Foster change by co-creating new digital experiences with stakeholders, contributing to a global-to-local operating model.
  • Align strategies with the omnichannel roadmap, proactively identifying opportunities and risks, and ensuring synergy with existing or upcoming capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives to drive necessary transformations by convening stakeholders and spearheading change.
  • Own the roadmap for Web Engagement Capabilities for HCPs and Marketing Automation capabilities for HCPs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Oversee social media capabilities roadmap to maintain a cohesive and impactful online presence in line with brand strategy.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and technologies, encouraging innovation to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead a community of digital and social media leads to share insights on leveraging engagement capabilities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful adoption of digital strategies and drive change management.
  • Demonstrate the value of initiatives by measuring business impact and serving as a bridge between Business Technology and stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into engagement and analytics requirements, adding strategic monitoring metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance practices.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or master's Degree (Innovation or Digital Master preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing, focusing on digital engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automation and recommendation engines, social media, and paid channels.
  • Demonstrated leadership, resilience, and ability to inspire transformative change while emphasizing value demonstration.
  • Skilled in influencing stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Proven track record in vendor management and project management in high-pressure environments.
  • Business-oriented, technology-savvy, with consulting experience being a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
