d) Experiência profissional na interação e suporte ao utilizador;
e) Metodologia Kanban/Scrum e práticas BDD/TDD.
Requisitos preferenciais:
Experiência nos seguintes ambientes:
Sistemas operativos Linux;
Sistemas operativos Windows Server;
Gestor de Base de Dados Oracle;
Gestor de Base de Dados SQL Server;
Servidores aplicacionais Weblogic, Glassfish 2.1, Glassfish 3.1.2;
Servidores aplicacionais IIS.
Experiência em ferramentas de suporte:
Ferramentas de Test
Management (para elaboração do plano, desenho e execução dos testes);
Bugzilla ou equivalente (para reporte e gestão das não conformidades);
SoapUI ou equivalente (para testes a WebServices); Telnet, FPT e SSH;
ServiceTester ou equivalente (para testes unitários a componentes)
