  • Providing guidance to customers over the phone throughout their business trips
  • Creating customized travel packages based on travelers' preferences and managing bookings
  • Addressing booking modifications and other customer concerns
To excel in this position, you'll need:
  • Fluency in spoken and written German
  • Proficiency in English
  • A passion for travel and solid geographical knowledge
  • Great communication skills, team spirit, and empathy
  • Familiarity with the tourism sector (preferred)
  • Previous experience in phone-based customer service or call centers (preferred)
What you'll get:
  • Contract Type: 12-month renewable temporary contract
  • Full-time work schedule (40 hours/week; Monday to Friday between 7 am and 7 pm)
  • Salary options:
    a) Monthly gross salary of 1033,90 with free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included)
    b) Monthly gross salary of 1398,39 excluding accommodation
    - For candidates from abroad:
    - Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
    - Airport pickup
    - Yearly round-trip flight ticket within the EU
    - Assistance with paperwork, bank account setup, etc., upon arrival
    - Private healthcare starting from contract signing
    - Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
    - Genuine career growth opportunities across various paths
    - Compensation at 50% of hourly wages during the training period (1 to 4 weeks with reduced taxes) if successful
