We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Communication Specialist - Service Owner with a focus on digital Solutions related Digital Customer Journey Solutions (eg. CMS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the business and IT, ensuring that our technical solutions align with our strategic goals and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department. Effectively communicate requirements and collaborate with both teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and IT capabilities.
  • Digital Communication Tools Expertise: Leverage some knowledge of Drupal to contribute to the development and enhancement of our tools. Stay updated with the latest Drupal features and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Priority and Budget Management: Keep project priorities and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize value.
  • Planning and Evaluation: Participate in the planning phase of projects, ensuring that initiatives align with the overall scope and vision of the tool. Evaluate proposed solutions for feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
  • Solution Proposal: Collaborate with functional and technical analysts to propose adequate and innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Providers ensuring defined communication services, processes and procedures are implemented, maintained and efficiently used.
  • Monitor service performance metrics across the globe, identifying areas for improvement and driving enhancements. Provide regular updates on service performance, project status, and upcoming changes
  • Manage vendor Service Delivery relationships related to Digital Customer Journey Managed Services globally.
  • Manage escalation process when overall service downgrades.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of end-user issues regardless of their geographic location.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams and outsourced partners to address escalated incidents and service requests.

Education and experience

  • Proven experience as a service owner & delivery expert.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems, with the ability to bridge the gap between the two.
  • Experience managing teams, priorities, and budgets in a project-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute to the planning and vision of IT tools and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
