Business Analyst / Implementador de Logística (M/F)

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Analisar e avaliar os processos operacionais existentes para identificar áreas de melhoria e oportunidades de eficiência;
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias e iniciativas para otimizar a produtividade, reduzir custos e melhorar a qualidade dos serviços;
  • Colaborar com as equipas de produção, logística e atendimento ao cliente para entender suas necessidades e desafios operacionais;
  • Gerir o ciclo completo de faturação de clientes, uniformização dos sistemas internos, emissão de guias de transporte.

Procuramos:

  • 2 a 4 anos experiência em funções de análise de negócios e implementação de operações, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais ou de produção;
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de traduzir dados complexos em insights acionáveis;
  • Conhecimento prático de metodologias de melhoria contínua, implementação e elaboração de relatórios;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de colaborar efetivamente com várias partes interessadas;
  • Proficiência em ferramentas de análise de dados e sistemas de logística operacional;
  • Formação acadêmica em Engenharia Industrial, Gestão, Gestão de operações ou área relacionada.
