German Speaker Content Moderator- Welcome

Location:
POP - Porto Office Park, Porto
Work Schedule:
Rotative Shifts - Monday to Sunday 24/7 (8 hours per day rotational, 2 days-off)
Work Arrangement:
On-site work in Porto
Documents required:
EU citizenship, Portuguese residence card, or manifestation of interest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
- Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
- Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client
- Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed
Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma
- Availability to work in rotational shifts
- Availability to start immediately
- German speaker (C1 level).
- Proficient in English (B2 level).
- No experience required
- Strong written communication skills.
Profile - Nice to Have:
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in multi tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast paced, high production work environment
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
- Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Associate degree in a related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation skills
