- Identificar e resolver eficientemente pedidos ou preocupações dos clientes;
- Acompanhamento/visita a projetos, com clientes e parceiros, sempre que necessário;
- Envio de updates relativos aos projetos ativos para clientes e seus representantes;
- Identificar oportunidades de vendas contribuindo para o crescimento do volume de negócios;
- Organização e gestão de toda a documentação inerente a um projeto;
- Colaborar com outras equipas para garantir soluções rápidas;
- Atualização de bases de dados;
- Apoio ao departamento de Sales.
O que procuramos em ti:
- Licenciatura Gestão Comercial; Vendas; Comércio; Negócios e áreas similares (preferencial);
- Proficiência em inglês falado e escrito (obrigatório);
- Experiência em vendas (preferencial);
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos fins de semana quando necessário;
- Carta de condução;
- Domínio do Excel;
- Orientação para o cliente e versatilidade;
- Excelentes capacidades de organização e gestão de tempo;
- Orientação para resultados e capacidade analítica.
