Your Role

As our Power Platform Tech Lead in Lisbon, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical feasibility of our solution implementations and for ensuring the team is able to deliver projects technically.

You will act as a trusted advisor for our customers and as the main technical point of contact providing guidance to the team.


You will:

  • Break down and advise on technical aspects of a solution and communicate with diverse project stakeholders (IT teams, internal leadership, and customers).
  • Design solutions on the Power Platform after translating functional requirements into technical blueprints and oversee solution implementations.
  • Make decisions on tool usage, technical dependencies, and implement best practices.
  • Supervise to ensure the quality of the team's technical deliverables and participate in pre-sales phases.
What you will be building in this job:

  • Engineer solutions using Power Platform services such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • PoCs and pilots of proposed solutions, documentation, and configuration of build and release pipelines (Power Platform DevOps).
  • Architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, estimates...
The ideal profile to thrive in the role has

  • 8 years+ of overall experience around the Microsoft application stack, including as a Power Platform Tech Lead in the consulting world.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform tools such as Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Understanding of low-code/no-code development and deployment approaches.
  • Fluent level of English.
It is also nice to have (but not mandatory)

  • Familiarity with other tools in the Power Platform ecosystem, including AI Builder, Power BI and Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents).
  • Knowledge in designing custom connectors and solutions leveraging APIs and other data sources or any development skills.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and/or French.
Technical Knowledge

Mandatory:
Power Platform services (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), low-code/no-code development and deployment, Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).

Nice to have:
Architecture design, AI Builder, Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), Power BI.

Certifications you could have:
PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AZ-900.

Your Future Crew

As the main Power Platform Tech Lead in Lisbon, you will collaborate with the Delivery Manager and the Branch Director in Portugal to ensure the best quality of project delivery and support Stellium's consultants within the Portuguese team.
