Income Auditor

Descrição do cargo:
Procuramos candidatos para a vaga de Income Auditor para a equipa de Controlo de Gestão de Hotelaria.

Nessa função, será responsável por gerir e supervisionar os processos financeiros relacionados à receita das unidades de Hotelaria da Área Internacional.


Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar auditorias diárias das transações financeiras para garantir o rigor dos registos de receita e faturação;
  • Reconciliar os dados relativos à receita de diversas fontes, (POS) com SAP;
  • Identificar e investigar quaisquer discrepâncias ou irregularidades nos registos financeiros, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com outros departamentos para resolver problemas;
  • Preparar e distribuir relatórios diários, semanais e mensais sobre receitas, ocupação e outras métricas financeiras;
  • Colaborar com a equipa financeira para desenvolver e implementar controles e procedimentos internos eficazes para minimizar o risco de erros ou fraudes;
  • Fornecer suporte durante as auditorias internas e externas, garantindo conformidade com os requisitos de auditoria e fornecendo a documentação necessária;
  • Realizar auditorias de procedimentos nas unidades de forma regular;
  • Realizar formação periódica às equipas de Receção e F&B dos Hotéis internacionais sobre processos e procedimentos relacionados à receita.

Habilidades e Qualificações:

  • Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira; Contabilidade, Finanças ou área relacionada (preferencial);
  • Experiência na função de Night Auditor ou em trabalho de auditoria de receitas, contabilidade de receitas ou cargo similar dentro da indústria hoteleira;
  • Boa capacidade numérica e analítica, com atenção aos detalhes;
  • Proficiência no uso de Opera; Symphony e Microsoft Excel;
  • Conhecimento dos princípios contabilísticos e familiaridade com SAP (preferencial).
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e de gerir várias tarefas simultaneamente, cumprindo prazos rigorosos;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita, com capacidade de colaborar efetivamente com equipas multifuncionais;
  • Excelentes conhecimentos de Inglês (falado e escrito);
  • Forte capacidade de solução de problemas;
  • Altos padrões éticos e compromisso em manter a confidencialidade dos dados.
