Sobre a função

Reportando à Direção de Operações do Grupo e em estreita colaboração com a Direção Clínica do Hospital, esta é uma posição chave, responsável pela coordenação e centralização da gestão do Hospital, incluindo a gestão diária das operações gerais e administrativas do hospital, gestão de pagamentos, contabilidade e faturação, gestão de stocks e aprovisionamento, recursos Humanos, marketing, entre outras áreas.

Em contacto contínuo com a equipa de Head Office (HO) de Portugal e com o Business Support Manager (BSM), canalizando as necessidades do Hospital para os serviços centrais, participará na implementação de processos e no desenvolvimento de projetos.

Atuará como um apoio fundamental à gestão da clínica sendo uma referência para a equipa de HO.

Procuramos

  • Habilitações ao nível do ensino secundário ou licenciatura na área de gestão, contabilidade ou área similar;
  • Conhecimentos na área de contabilidade e gestão (classificação de faturas, controlo de custos, conciliação bancária, contacto com fornecedores e clientes, gestão de equipas etc.
,

  • Experiência anterior na gestão de centros/empresas (idealmente no setor veterinário e/ou de saúde).
  • Para esta posição é fundamental a visão, o foco operacional e comercial, a capacidade de fornecer soluções aos nossos clientes internos e externos, ajudando os nossos centros a otimizar as suas operações, ao mesmo tempo que estabelece relações de confiança com os diferentes interlocutores.
Irá coordenar e assegurar a execução de processos vários, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento do negócio. Será valorizada a experiência prévia em diferentes responsabilidades da área da gestão.
