At the crossroads of various skills, OTO acts as a bridge with other professions, offering multiple ways of learning and adding value to the company, placing people at the heart of business success. OTOA is the local Hamburg team in OTO.
OTOA33 is an international team based in Hamburg, closely interacting with our international internal customers. We are responsible for the just-in-time delivery of 'internatco' (e.g. German design and installation location in France) to Airbus plants mainly outside Germany, especially Saint-Nazaire and Toulouse. We are also responsible for ordering parts for the A320 Family Final Assembly Line in Hamburg and Paint Shop. We recently also integrated a functional link to the local ordering organization in FAL Mobile USA.
Our multicultural team is managing a wide range of more than 50 suppliers across Europe and all over the world. We are looking for a motivated and open minded colleague as a boost for our Team. We are working in a flexible environment where mobile working is embedded into our routines and widely used. The Supply Officer is reflecting the center pillar of the triangle between Ordering (that's us), Contracts (Commercial Procurement buyers) and the Supply Chain Quality Manager.

The company has aircraft and helicopter final assembly lines across Asia, Europe and the Americas, and has achieved a more than sixfold order book increase since 2000
Position Summary: The Cabin Supply Officer secures the fulfillment of FAL, Pre-FAL and integrators needs of components to avoid production planning disturbances, providing prompt updates on the deliveries status to the internal stakeholders, following the Cabin Procurement Operations' Supply Management procedures
Essential Functions:
● Forecasting activities
● Placement and/or follow up of purchase orders
● Communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders (supply chain quality, engineering, version managers, buyers, CFIs, logistic coordinators, program representatives, warehouse operators))
● Attendance to performance review meetings and dedicated meetings with suppliers
● Attendance to internal team meetings
● Reporting activities (& associated data analysis)
● Inventory management activities
● Use of Airbus ERP System (SAP PDA/PGI/PEA)
● Use of other specific tools (...)
Additional Responsibilities:
● Contribution to improvement projects
● Attendance to missing parts meetings

competências

Past experience in Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement, including Process management aspect
Communication and Change management skills
Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to priorities in case of emergencies
Digital background
Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
A degree in Supply Chain or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations and team meetings.
Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and flows of material
Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed
Shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work
