Order Support Specialist

You speak Turkish and you are a Technology addict? We are recruiting Turkish speakers Talent to Order Support Specialist in Portugal
Your working day :
Backoffice role.
Handling Inbound Calls from customers replying to a callback request that we have sent to them is mandatory.
Specialists perform Outbound Calls whenever applicable to clarify further information with customers.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :
Fluent in Turkish with good level in English
Customer Service experience
Great communication
Valid Work Permit in Portugal
You will benefit :
12-month renewable contract

Initial training during 2 weeks
Work schedule :
Monday to Sunday between 7am to Midnight // 8h per day with 2 days off per week // Rotating shift
