To support this continued expansion, Hi Fly is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cabin Crew Training Assistant to join its dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
The Cabin Crew Training Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and regulatory compliance of Hi Fly's cabin crew training program

Responsibilities include:
Supporting the implementation of the training program as approved by relevant aviation authorities. Planning, coordinating, maintaining, and monitoring the validity of the cabin crew training program. Maintaining and updating individual training records. Communicating effectively with local and international aviation authorities. Monitoring and staying abreast of all legislation related to Aviation Training.

Desired Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess: A University degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in an administrative role. Prior experience within the aviation industry is highly desirable. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
