Experienced Punch Laser Operator

Our client in Eindhoven has requested our assistance in finding an experienced Punch/Laser Operator for a long term employment.

Are you the skilled specialist with at least three years of demonstrable experience in this role, who enjoys contributing to process improvements? We would love to discuss the details of this multifaceted position with you.

What will you do?

• As a Punch/Laser Operator, you will work closely with the Planning Department. You'll coordinate with them to decide which CNC program to use for a specific product, after which you will program the machine yourself;
• Using the Punch/Laser machines, you will independently perform layouts of sheet metal products. This involves correctly configuring, setting, and adjusting the machines;
• You are aware of the quality standards and the timelines required to move the product to the next department;
• You will resolve any malfunctions and maintain the machines as necessary;
• You will work according to the 5S method and adhere to occupational, welfare, environmental, and safety regulations.

What do we require?

• You are willing to establish your life in the Netherlands, as the training process is very timeconsuming;
• Good command of the English language, a European Nationality and a driving license is mandatory;
• A vocational diploma, preferably in Sheet Metal Work;
• Experience as a Punch/Laser Operator;
• Proficiency with various types of CNC machines and demonstrable experience in connecting, shaping, and processing fine sheet metal;
• The ability to interpret technical drawings;
• Open to work in shifts.

Salary
€2,250 - €3,500 (depending on age and experience).
