SIX LONDON is recruiting a Junior Receivable Accountant for our Financial Department based in Guimarães. Main responsibilities:
- Posting, maintain complete and orderly of accounting and purchase documents
- Bank reconciliations
- Allocation and clarification of incoming payments
- Contact Business units and customers by phone and email in order to clarify open transactions and collect the open amounts
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures within the company
- Issue and followup Invoices of Transport fees;
- Ledger archiving and management of documents
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in financial area (mandatory)
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
Proficient in MSOffice (excel)
Willingness to perform different roles within the company
