Then you are the one we are looking for

We are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager located in Germany for one of the leading multinationals in the market of solutions for the food industry.

Responsabilidades:

Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients by promoting sales of the company portfolio from the Europe facilities;

Manage contracts, price lists and other commercial conditions;

Develop a thorough understanding of key customer ́ needs and propose strategies of sale that improve the commercial relationship;

Build the company yearly Sales Budget, compiling reports on account progress, goals and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders;

Receive customers ́ complaints, collecting all necessary items to open the corresponding claim files, monitoring them and providing responses to the customers;

Supervise, communicate, and manage new lines of credit with the financial area in order to maintain credit lines under control;

Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams;

Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure that key clients needs are met in accordance with the company objectives.

Requisitos:

Residence in Germany;

Bachelor's degree will be valued;

Proven experience in key account management in a food related sector;

The ability to handle multiple client accounts and to build rapport with key clients;

Germany language native or bilingual;

English language full professional use;

Otherlanguages, namely Spanish, Portuguese, Polish will be valued;

Strong negotiation and leadership skills;
