Tasks:

  • Evaluation of projects, change requests such as e.g change controls and feasibility checks
  • Assumption of project management and independent implementation of projects including technical management of a team
  • Responsible for the overall project budget and achievement of the project goals
  • Representation of the head of the factory planning department
  • Development of new locations / new projects in coordination with the interfaces
  • Planning and coordination of production sequences and processes, including the evaluation and responsibility of investments, startup costs and
definition of work sequences of sub-projects

  • Design of workplaces taking into account ergonomics and occupational safety
  • Preparation of technical tenders / specifications including technical evaluation of the offers and ensuring the fulfillment of the specifications, as well as
support in procurement

  • Commissioning of the procured equipment and the introduced processes
  • Involvement and participation in overarching core teams, project teams, CIP and 3Pworkshops
  • Creation and ongoing adaptation of the hall layouts and implementation in HLS
  • Preparation of expenditure histories and project schedules
  • Preparation of reports, committee documents and management overviews and their presentation
  • Creation of relevant documents for the industrialization process, participation in FMEA's
  • Carrying out special tasks according to qualification
Education (and specialization):

  • University degree with a focus on mechanical engineering

Work experience:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position

Systems knowledge:

  • General IT skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP knowledge

Language knowledge:

  • Portuguese Native
  • English Fluent (Level: B
  • C1)
  • German Desirable

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience in the technical evaluation of offers
  • Experience in the commercial evaluation of offers
  • Basic knowledge of business administration
