Your responsibilities and impact working as a Content Moderator:
  • Validating all written content for a social media platform, confirming its accuracy and quality
  • Being part of a team that makes the world's information more accessible and useful
  • Becoming an expert in advertisement content and giving the best advice to confirm its accuracy and quality
  • Following the policies and guidelines given to ensure safety and legal compliance of the content uploaded to the platform


Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • A native level of Italian and at least a C1 level of English
  • High school or University degree diploma
  • Passion for content moderation in social media
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
  • Working proactively at a fast pace
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and commitment to a longer stay in Portugal
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
  • Having a valid Portuguese work permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU-country

  • Salary conditions: 1125 â'¬ gross/month + performance bonus 120 € from 4th full month
