Wir suchen deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für eine spannende Gelegenheit als Video Content Analyst in Lissabon, Portugal

In letzter Zeit haben wir gesehen, wie Streaming-Unternehmen und Websites Zuschauer von klassischem Fernsehen auf neue Dienste und Geräte lenken. Dieses Projekt ist ein Support-Projekt für einen dieser Dienste - die weltweit beliebteste Video-Streaming-Website mit dem "Y". In deiner Aufgabe als Video Content-Analyst wirst du sicherstellen, dass diese weltbekannte Plattform sicher und benutzerfreundlich bleibt

Anforderungen:

Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl verbal als auch schriftlich in Deutsch und Englisch Schneller Lerner und anpassungsfähig, um neue Prozesse, Konzepte und Fähigkeiten zu erlernen Organisiert sein und Zeit und Aufgaben effizient verwalten können Starke Aufmerksamkeit für Details und der Wunsch, genau, effizient und auf hohem Niveau zu arbeiten Neutraler Ansatz gegenüber verschiedenen Videoinhalten, die klassifiziert werden müssen, unabhängig vom Inhalt selbst Ergebnisorientiert, selbstmotiviert, unabhängig und wissbegierig Die Fähigkeit, sich in einer schnelllebigen und team-orientierten Umgebung zu beweisenInteresse an sozialen Medien und aktuellen Ereignissen. Offenheit, flexible Arbeitszeiten zu akzeptieren, wie erforderlich (kann Abende, Wochenenden und/oder Feiertage umfassen) / Schichten: 8 bis 8 Uhr / Montag bis Sonntag

Aufgaben:

Prüfung von Benutzer-Meldungen über Website-Inhalte Verstehen und auf dem Laufenden bleiben mit den Richtlinien und Leitlinien des Kunden Inhalte analysieren und identifizieren, die nicht den Anforderungen entsprechen, und rechtzeitig zur Aktion kennzeichnen Überprüfen der gemeldeten Inhalte innerhalb der vereinbarten Bearbeitungszeiten und Qualitätstandards Trends und Muster erkennen und Probleme außerhalb der festgelegten Richtlinien deeskalieren Marktspezifisches Wissen und Einblicke nutzen, um Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Unterstützung der Benutzergemeinschaft zu identifizieren Empfindliche Inhalte überprüfen, manchmal mit grafischen oder anderweitig verstörenden Themen
