SITE LIAISON ENGINEER - ABU DHABI

CANDIDATE

The professional to be hired will be responsible for:

• Coordinate with different departments, construction and engineering teams, external partner, and other group ompanies for the on-time, on budget and quality project delivery;
  
• Identify, manage, and expedite, under the guidance of the Site Liasion manager, on construction constraints, interfaces and needs in terms of engineering and procurement delivery;
  
• Track, coordinate and expedite technical clarification requests from construction, liasing with engineering, procurement, and project management teams, as well as sub-contractors and external partners;
  
• Support coordinating engineering and procurement activities between construction team and engineering and procurement;
  
• Report progress to Site Liaison Manager and Senior Project Management Team;
  
• Participate in meetings, generate minutes of meetings and follow-ip on actions;
  
• Support the project team on identifying risks and define mitigation plans;
  
• Review engineering and procurement documentation as required;
  
• Follow-up on engineering and procurement related deliverables and activities.
  
  PROFILE
  • Degree in mechanical engineering (civil or electrical engineer);
    
  • More than 7years? experience in industrial projects;
    
  • Experience in power or heavy industrial sector, like as gas, oil & refining or petrochemical sectors;
    
  • Fluency in English (eliminatory factor), and other languages such as spanish, german, portuguese or French;
    
  • Willingness to travel and work internationally - at least 2 years.
