For our customer, a world wide player who changes landscapes with iconic steal constructions, we are looking for a Site Manager whom we can trust with the following tasks

Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for site planning and quality monitoring at our foreign yards.
You manage site supervisors and yard workers and monitor concrete rules of conduct and safety.
You keep the Site Director informed of project progress.
You proactively coordinate tasks in accordance with planning, budgets and quality requirements.
You carry out the tasks in accordance with quality and safety regulations and stimulate productivity.
You identify problem areas and risks and initiate improvements.
You work flexibly and can be deployed on other sites.
You maintain safety and environmental standards on the site.
You prepare site reports daily.
You check relevant materials and resources for quality and safety.

Your profile:

You have at least a bachelor's or preferably master's degree as a civil or industrial engineer in construction, electromechanics or similar.

You have strong administrative skills and can organize your work well.
The following certificates have added value: VCA-VOL, First Aid, Scaffolding Inspector, Aerial Worker, Telehandler
You have a good dose of people management skills and good communication skills.
You are analytically strong.
You have knowledge of Office 365 and are a basic user of AutoCAD
You are committed to quality, order, cleanliness, safety and productivity.
You are fluent in english, any other language is a plus
